Teresa Howe has been creating, managing, and teaching others about productive and profitable company-generated ancillary services since 1996.

During her career, Teresa has:

  • Managed large award-winning departments delivering services that exceeded customer expectations while proving to be a strong partner with all service providers, leadership, and sales associates.

  • Created and launched innovative company-generated lines of business such as Moving Services, Concierge Service, Member Benefit Services Affinity Program, International Settling In Services, Priority Rental Resources, Agent Lead Programs, and License Holding Referral Companies.

  • Facilitated over 10,000 relocation and affinity referrals annually for the Southern California and Arizona region generating over 4 million dollars in profit each year.

  • Created an internet lead call center from scratch in 2003 that went on to facilitate over 55,000 leads annually for a five-state region, generating over 3 million dollars in company profit each year.

Teresa is a Worldwide Employee Relocation Council member, where she achieved her SCRP and SGMS designations. She is one of only 120 industry professionals to hold the SCRP designation. She also received the Distinguished Service Award and Meritorious Service Award (twice) for her many contributions to that organization. She is a regular speaker at industry events and conferences such as the Relocation Directors Council, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, California Association of Realtors, Worldwide ERC, and American Relocation Alliance. She has had articles published in RIS Media, RealTrends/Housing Wire, and Mobility Magazine and writes a weekly blog called The Bridge, which can be found here.
